Make Money While You Sleep with Your Own ATM’s

ATM Business Blueprint - Learn the ATM Business and Achieve a Lifetime of Passive Income

Recently I discovered a great business that is a perfect part time business even if you still have a 9 to 5 job. In fact it’s a perfect addition to any business you might have now. It is the ATM business.

I’m sure that almost everyone has used an ATM machine before whether it was at your bank after hours or in some type of a retail establishment. However if you are like are like I was before I met Carey Buck, you probably don’t know much about this business. For instance, did you know that about half of all ATM’s are owned by individuals just like you and me? I know that I sure didn’t. I also had no idea that this was such a perfect way to earn passive income.

What I Love About this Business

As a veteran real estate investor, I have pretty much done it all; wholesaling, rehabbing and I have been a landlord. I have even done lease options and a subject to deal or two. But if you want to build a stream of passive income as a real estate investor, the most common way is through owning a portfolio of rental houses. This is a route that definitely works, and it is a proven recipe for building long term wealth.

But what if you just aren’t cut out to be a landlord? What if you can’t stand the thought of dealing with “tenants and toilets”? Or maybe you don’t have access to the cash needed for this type of business.

Well my friend, there is another way!

You can build a steady stream of passive income by owning a few ATM’s.  If you talk to most real estate investors they will tell you just how much passive income they want to make on a rental property each month. Most will tell you they want to make at least $200 to $300 a month.  When you own rental property you are going to have vacancies, repairs and other things that come up from time to time so you actually need to gross more than that every month on each property.

When you have an ATM business, you don’t have to factor in those variables like repairs and vacancies. And the best part of all is that you make money while you sleep. Different locations will make different amounts of money, but Carey’s machines are making anywhere from $100 to $900 dollars each and every month which is awesome. Here’s another great thing. If you place an ATM machine in a location that turns out to be “not so great” you can just move it.

So how much does it cost to get started (not very much), and how do you choose the best locations?

The answer to these questions and so many more are covered in Carey’s course The ATM Business Blueprint. I have this course and I can tell you that it is a very comprehensive and yet easy to understand. Anyone can do this business. You don’t need any special skills, and you will be able to get your own ATM business up and running in no time.
